Navi-X version 3.7.8 was released yesterday June 21, 2013 for XBMC and Boxee Box Platforms. This is the second update Navi-Xtreme has released in the last 40 days, when only May 10th, 2013 they had released Navi-X 3.7.7. Now just yesterday comes another update to the extremely amazing program addon for XBMC. Why is Navi-X updating again? Do you want to update your Navi-X 3.7.7 to the latest version released yesterday, Navi-X 3.7.8? If you are looking for an answer to either of these and many other questions regarding the latest Navi-X update script (3.7.8) and it’s new features, how to update, how to download and install Navi-X and lastly if you are looking for help with how to use Navi-X then you are in the right place.
Navi-X 3.7.8 Released June 21, 2013
It’s happened again, only one month after the release of the much improved version of Navi-X (3.7.7) from it’s predecessor Navi-X 3.7.6 which had been released for almost a full year before they released the download of the new and improved Navi-X 3.7.7. That was only May 10th, roughly 40 days ago. Free TV didn’t see this update coming at all. Our team was actually very impressed with the previous version. But there are websites that were predicting this update weeks ago! For example N2News has been discussing the fact they suspected an update was coming due to all the latest additions to the Navi-X Media Portal. Each day for weeks now lists have been dropping any dead links, tons of new HD Live TV Channels and Sporting Channels starting emerging. These feeds aren’t bad at all. They are really impressive. The live television feeds on Navi-X, like N2News has stated already, are quickly becoming more and more efficient, faster loading times, all while displaying in better quality picture (HD).
Navi-X is probably the most stable and reliable free video streaming addon for XBMC. I especially enjoy writing this post because Navi-X has been my personal favourite XBMC plugin for years now. It’s proven itself time and time again to me and there isn’t a single other video addon for XBMC that has impressed me more. I really like the fact that as they update, Navi-Xtreme focuses directly on making a more reliable and stable experience. They aren’t constantly changing things around or making drastic changes that may disorientate people who regularly use the infamous program add-on. Instead, Navi-X updates seem to be more focused on improving the already great thing they have going for them. By removing much of the “dead” links, sources, and releasing great new lists of full 1080p HD movies which are completely watchable on your N2Box Xtreme MX2 thanks to it’s upgrade allowing True Full 1080p output. You’ll be absolutely amazed and taken back when you see how far streaming Free TV and Movies has come. The picture is crystal clear with 1080p movies that are equal in quality to a Blu-Ray HD Movie. Even the Free Live TV Channels have all been upgraded to brand new Free HD Channels. Navi-X is by far the furthest ahead of the game when it comes to almost every aspect and feature you look for when using an XBMC add on to watch Free TV. Only Time will tell what they have in store for the much anticipated release of Navi-X 4 probably coming in the next year or so.
There’s so many features and extras that Navi-X has added over the past year it’s getting hard to even list them all. For starters, it’s the most reliable and stable means of watching Free TV or Free Movies using XBMC or XBMC Android. Secondly, it has all your favourite XBMC plugins built right into it like Crackle, IceFilms, Movies25, SolarMovies, Watch-SeriesTV, ProjectFreeTV, and much more so there is really no need to install the additional plugins on your XBMC when you can just use them all without installing them each one by one, they are all organized within the Navi-X Media Portal to be easy to find and use. If you didn’t know this already, Navi-X is now also an XBMC repository installer! Meaning that you can download and install any other XBMC Add-Ons you like right from within the Navi-X Media Portal. It makes setting up your XBMC easier then ever. All you need is Navi-X and you have access to install all the best XBMC Plugins as well as just use Navi-X itself to use the plugins from without installing them to your XBMC. Why learn 2 platforms like XBMC & Navi-X when all you really would ever need to learn would be NaviX.
As you can see in the next 2 images if you use Navi-X Networks in the media portal you come to a very simple and organized look that most anybody would be able to navigate from. The first image shows the Navi-X Netwokrs page and the second image is the “Movies” folder we clicked on in the Navi-X Networks on Navi-X 3.7.8 for XBMC Android on an N2Box Xtreme MX2.
As you can see in this image that IceFilms, Crackle, VeeHD, SolarMovies, Movies2k, Noobroom, ProjectFree Movies, B Movies, and StageVu are all automatically included with Navi-X and there is really no need to go and install a separate addon for each of these in XBMC when they are right here for you already without any hassle. Navi-X makes watching Free Movies easy.
If you’ve never used Navi-X or have have never heard of it but you own an N2Box or other XBMC device you must try it out. It will completely change the way you look at XBMC, plugins, and streaming Free TV Online.
